An absolute nightmare. If I could encourage everyone to a place where they should not go, this is the one. The answering service is extremely unprofessional. The doctors do not care about making sure your prescriptions are filled properly correctly or in a timely manner. The nurses will all say different things to you and it will be like the game phoning down the line. A nightmare. Please save your money, time and energy and find anywhere else BUT this place. I read negative reviews before coming here and I figured wow tons of grumpy people on here but no let me tell you the negative reviews were not a lie. I only came here because it was the only place that took my insurance at the time. I changed insurance and I am glad to say goodbye to this horrid, uncaring, unprofessional, and disgus

Do not waste your time with this place, the doctor treated me like I was a moron and her only answer was "could be a new disease" you would have better luck asking chatgpt than going to this clinic

Today One staff member was wearing their mask below their nose another staff member removed their mask to talk to people several times . I thought we were supposed to wear masks at all times indoors for safety. If the protocols have changed I think Lancaster general health should notify their patients of the new protocols. Thank you

This place isn't what it use to be. Ever since LGH took over it has gone down hill. You use to be able to be seen the same day you called or at least the next day. I dont want to wait a week to be seen. Do yourself a favor and find another place to be seen. You will be glad you did.
