Dr Katie Andrews is thorough and thoughtful, prompting thought out questions about your planned use of glasses and contact lenses. I appreciate her "looking ahead" and "looking out" for her patients (me). All of the staff are simply amazing and kind and helpful. Miss Dana assisted me today and was excellent, explaining each exam and being so accommodating when I needed something. I could not ask for a better crew to look after the well being of my eyes! Also, a few summers ago I had a scary rapid growing infection in my eye and the staff got me in to see the Dr. Katie immediately and she gave me the medication I needed, which quickly resolved the terrifying infection. I am so grateful to her and all the staff at Optometric Associates! It's truly no wonder they won the 2025 reader's C

I had an extremely good experience at Optometric Associates today. The first thing that caught my attention was The cleanliness of the facility and the organization of the products. I was greeted quickly and courteously by the staff. The person that assisted me with my questions and purchase (Rachel) was extremely polite, courteous and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about her products and services. She is an asset to your company. I was lucky enough to be able to be able to have quality eyewear produced in a very short period of time at a price that was more than reasonable. I love Dr. Katie. She is truly the best. I followed her from Campus Eye Center when she left to start/join the practice with her husband and have never looked back. Couldn’t recommend her more. She is kind, friendly, and thorough. 😊

I had a great experience at my latest optometric visit. The office space is beautiful, modern, and very spacious, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and took great care of me from start to finish. I felt welcomed and well looked after the entire time. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Dr. Clisham went above and beyond when my son experienced an eye injury over the weekend. She returned our call right away and was at the office in less than 2 hours from our call to see him. She spent a lot of time trying to find us a local retinal specialist and when we ended up needing to be see in the CHOP ER she remained available that entire day to answer the ERs questions and get us the exam photos she had taken. The office called us on Monday to follow up and ensure we had everything we needed for the specialist moving forward. Everyone was extremely kind and Dr. Clisham helped to put my son at ease as he was very anxious over the vision disturbances he was experiencing. I was very impressed at the prompt and caring experience we had especially considering we were not known patient
