Garden Spot Dental Care

My insurance changed so I needed to find a new dentist. I was looking at reviews of the practices that my insurance covered and was very impressed with what I read about Garden Spot Dental Care. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I was delighted to find ample parking behind the building, a beautiful facility inside and everything state-of-the-art. Every staff person I interacted with was friendly and very polite. I needed to go back for a crown and again everything was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Went in as a new patient and for a routine dental cleaning. Happy to go to a local dental office. Was told my insurance had been verified but later billed over $500 when they did not take my insurance. It felt a bit like a scam. My experience was not pleasant in the office as the hygienist complained to me that she had a long day and she was upset I had my wisdom teeth (extra teeth to clean). They looked at my mouth and said I had great hygiene. At one point I asked them to clean my teeth. Was willing to get past it but 3 months later I received the $500+ bill from them. Not impressed with the lack of competency and sadly, would not recommend to family and friends.

I had a very good first appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional. Im glad I found an office I'll be comfortable at.

We are fortunate to have this amazing local dentist here in New Holland. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend to anyone!
