I needed an x-ray and my insurance charges $50 more of us done in a hospital rather than a specialty clinic (something I bet a lot of people don't know about their own insurance). So with a little online searching l found this clinic just 20 minutes away. No appointment needed - very nice people. l was in and out in 15 minutes.
