The doctor and assistant were both amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They listened to my concerns and didn’t rush me out the door. They took great care of me and really encouraged me through the whole process. Can’t wait for my check up’s and cleanings! 😇

I had an amazing experience. Morgan who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and made my whole time there comfortable. I have such anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Robinson was also pretty great. I didn't feel judged at all going in there and made me feel better about going there to get my dental work though. The only thing I wish is that I got a more in depth plan for my future dental work. They might have done that so I can process things. But overall very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of this place. 100% reccomend Hometown Dental in Richmond.

Could not ask for a better dentist!! Dr Campbell was just amazing! He was kind and compassionate, always asking If I was on! I would recommend him to everyone! Even his assistant was amazing! She offered me a blanket and keep me calm the whole time!

I received four text messages and two phone calls from Sunday to Thursday for a single 2:00 pm appointment. I drove an hour from work to and purposefully arrived a few minutes early to be courteous and found the waiting room closed, locked up. Patients were not allowed to enter the office or use the restroom before 2:00 pm. So, I have sat in my car holding my bladder until i am absolutely miserable. I wish i could just leave and go find a bathroom but there is not a single other open parking space, so if i do that i won't have anywhere to park. On a separate occasion, this office billed my husband for a service he did not receive. He called the office and did not receive clear or helpful resolution, so he went in person to address the bill.
