My husband and I have lived in Berea for 10 years he is retired Navy. When we moved here we didn’t know anyone so I chose the safe route and went with a well known dental name. I don't want to say much about it except we were not happy with just about everything. I finally asked my good friend who is from the area who her dentist is and she recommended Madison Dental Associates. I made my first appointment and from the beginning it was a whole new experience. From my first phone call to make an appointment to arriving I felt so comfortable and at ease. I had two chipped teeth the front two, and I had been trying to get them fixed but I didn’t feel confident at my original dentist. I have dental phobia and a lot of dental issues, sometime that crop up unexpectedly, but Dr Gambrel and his staff have always taken good care of me. He’s always pleasant and straightforward and explains what’s going on and what dental procedures are recommended and then allows you to determine if you want to have them done. The office manager, Adrienne, always listens and understands and does her best to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Willams, the new dentist, was a very pleasant, informative dentist and I would recommend him as well if you’re in the market for a new dentist. The front staff are always pleasant and welcoming anytime I’m there and all the dental hygienist, I’ve met in the back, are outgoing and pleasant ladies, as well. Very friendly staff, make you feel right at home. Dr. Gambrel explained everything I needed done thoroughly and I had to have a filling and a crown. Both visits for procedures went great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Madison Dental continues to exceed my expectations. Very attentive and addressed my concerns. The hygentist was exceptional and Dr Gambrel continues to provide excellent care, nothing unnecessary but never hesitates to refer me to a specialist if needed. The entire staff makes for a pleasant visit.
