I always have a good experience at this office. Glenda Ball, NP, is a great provider. I appreciate that she takes the time to do a thorough examination and history. She also tends to remember things about you that are not listed in the computer. She is personal. The other staff at the office have always been courteous and kind as well.

I have been a patient at the Lewis Gale Family Practice for 12 years. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Emily Santolla is my primary care person now, and she is wonderful. She's easy to talk to and is very thorough at every appointment. Even though it's further for me to go now, the new office in Blacksburg is amazing

It was my first visit with Dr. Scott Boerth. The office was warm and welcoming. The staff very friendly and professional. Especially Meredith she was so friendly and easy to chat with. I give them a 10 plus . Thank you Dr. Boerth for providing me insight on my wellbeing with my thyroid issues.

From the front desk staff the nurses the lab tech and Dr Boerth are all amazing. I go in and I feel like I am among friends who truly care. I not treated like another diagnosis or & coming through the door. They take time to listen and I mean really listen. They answer questions without making you feel silly for asking. Phone calls and emails are taken care of promptly.
