NRV Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I was very fortunate to see Dr. Van Gilder after a weekend fall on black ice. Three of my teeth had been displaced and he was able to reposition them. Great surgical team with Dr. Boyle. Well prepared. Despite my anxiety which is normal for me when receiving dental treatment, this appointment was pain free. When I arrived and was in the waiting room, I was thinking about asking for gas. One of the staff in prepping me said not to worryt. So, I just went with the flow and am glad I did. Thank you Dr. Boyle and team!

The Dentist and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I typically feel uncomfortable at the dentist but not so much at NRV. They seem to try hard to make me feel comfortable and safe. I recommend them if you need dental surgery.

I saw Dr. VanGilder for an extraction on an infected and painful tooth. I was extremely nervous going into the procedure given the fact that the tooth would not numb for other appointments before I was referred to this clinic. From arrival, the staff was incredibly polite and worked to calm me down. Once in the chair, Dr. VanGilder explained the process to me, explained replacement options, and answered all of the questions I had. The extraction itself took less than 90 seconds, and the bone graft took only a few more minutes. The entire process was painless and over in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needed oral surgery--the staff, doctors, and experience was wonderful.

They were able to get me right in straight from my dentist office, the staff was great! The nurse and the doctor were both very thorough and answered any questions that we had. Highly recommend
