New River Dental Associates

My first experience as a patient at New River Dental Associates was fabulous! The entire staff is super friendly yet very professional. I was impressed with Dr. Mansdoerfer and her Dental Assistant Joni, who worked together to repair my cracked Crown effectively and with kindness, compassion and care. I felt well taken care of as a first-time patient at New River Dental and look forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Cat and team are amazing. Attentive, calming, and addressed my concerns without fear mongering. I'm adding an edit here - I arrived to my first visit literally in tears. I'd had a terrifying experience with the big A (they said I needed 20k of work and how would I like to pay? Cash, credit, card? - horrifying!). Dr. Cat sat with me and soothed my fears, came up with a plan of action, and we got to work. I literally cannot recommend her and her team enough. 10/10 would recommend!! 💜

I went in to have a broken tooth root pulled. The dentist did not want to pull it. He wanted me to get a bridge to the tune of $10,000. They took x-rays and sent me home. It’s been about a year now and I keep getting billed for services. My insurance company informed me that they never received a bill and that I am not responsible for more than a $10 copay to cover my part of the x-rays. Their billing practices are irresponsible at best. Cannot recommend.

Lovely office and friendly staff. Establishing new dentist after 25 years elsewhere and the experience was great. Highly recommend.
