Mauricio started helping me the moment I walked through the door. He was so kind. I gave him a few suggestions, and while I got my eyes examined, he took the ball and ran with it. I loved the fact that when I came out, he had already picked out many frames for me and helped me narrow it down and pick out the perfect frame for my face. You don’t get service like this everywhere. Someone who genuinely cares takes the time to truly give you an opinion. I love this kind of customer service thank you

Vanessa from LensCrafters at the one on Camelback was absolutely amazing. She was extremely kind and worked with me to make sure I had all my contacts correctly and efficiently. She was so understanding and patient, truly one of the best experiences I’ve had across my history of LensCrafters. She is amazing!!!

Staff and everyone seemed friendly and helpful, but when I walked in to get my first ever contact lenses, the experience was disappointing. I was told someone would help me, but I ended up not receiving any assistance and was sent off without guidance. Because it was my first time using contacts and I didn't get any instruction, I ended up messing them up while trying to figure it out on my own. As a first time contact lens user, I was really hoping for a bit more support and guidance.

Vanessa, Ryan, and the others there are all so very helpful and diligent. I also sincerely appreciate how diligent and caring the doctor was, she made me feel cared for 💕 They show they really care about the service they provide and it’s sincerely appreciated. Vanessa helped me find exactly what I was looking for which allowed me to check out pretty quickly and even adjusted my glasses! Best experience!

I had the best vision care experience of my 20+ years wearing glasses/contacts today. Firstly Maddie at the front desk was wildly helpful in informing how I can maximize my insurance as I was under the belief that my insurance covered both glasses and contacts at the same rate. She showed me how I could save a lot of money as well as went over every single possible option for lens types depending on my price point. She cleaned and fixed my glasses for free. Jen at the front desk recognized that I had not received the first time buyers coupon last year and applied it to my account this year saving me hundreds of dollars. They are so kind and helpful.
