Went there for eye exam and prescribed glasses, Dr Daniel was amazing. Hence an extra star. On the other hand customer service, one of the worsts. Non-professional, rude, and zero commitment. Introverts will love the service since not much communication is expected.

This is the second negative experience I've had with this location. Last year an associate was rude to me (middle age Caucasian woman). So much so that I got up in the middle of our meeting and walked out. She was very condescending. I stopped in this Saturday evening 12/6 because I want to repurchase a pair of Dolce & Gabbana glasses that I purchased last year from the Philly location that I lost. The associate who I was speaking with (Caucasian woman with dark hair working beside a muscular guy) began by telling me I should purchase now because it's going to get busy before the year ends and New Year. She asked me to sit so she can look up the cost with my insurance. I told her that I need an exam so my prescription can be updated. She told me the prescription usually lasts 2 years. I to

Been going to Lens Crafts for years without any issues. The workers there have almost helpful and courteous to me (can only remember the names of Christian and Rich right now). I had an incident once where the store manager called to tell me my frame got damaged. By the time I got back to the store I still feeling disappointed but by the time I left the store, I was in a positive mood because they took accountability for their action and there was sincerity on their part. That day, I believed it was Rich who helped to correct the problem by sourcing a new glasses of my liking , getting the glasses fitted properly and ensured I was notified once my new glasses was ready.

Christen is the best! I had some Dior sunglasses I received as a gift and lost a screw. Lens Crafters was able to fix the issue when other places weren’t! Christen helped me right away and replaced the lost screw, tightened the others, and even cleaned them. I highly recommend and hope to be back soon!!

Beau, the staff member, was very helpful in helping me pick out frames. I also purchased sunglasses. He thoroughly explained my insurance coverage and the different lenses for my regular everyday glasses. He made sure I was informed so that I could make a decision that was good for me. I would highly recommend LensCrafters in the Cherry Hill Mall.
