I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters. I accidentally bent my glasses frame and thought they were beyond saving, but Brad took care of them in just five minutes. He fixed and cleaned them perfectly, and didn’t even charge me for the repair. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. This is a great business with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend, especially if you get the chance to work with Brad.

I needed to swap lenses in a couple pairs of Costa prescription sunglasses, & I came to LensCrafters Arboretum location to ask for help. I spoke to Brad, & he kindly offered to take care of it. He helped me in the spot while I waited & took care of it in about 1 minute. Super nice guy, very professional, & didn’t charge me a thing. Thank you LensCrafters, & especially you, Brad! I’ll be back for my next pair of glasses, no doubt!

Everybody at Lenscrafter work together and help me choose the glasses I needed because it was my first time. I had a bad experience next-door with the vision place, but then Kraner made me feel comfortable. I think the whole team therefore a wonderful job by helping me pick the classes I needed even though I was having a difficult time choosing I am very satisfied with my with my glasses
