Lehigh Valley

This is the most incompetent, bumbling, unprofessional healthcare I have ever received. I am furious, absolutely seething, that this place is still in business. I had an appointment with a doctor at his private practice to be approved for medical marijuana, and they were being taken over by Lehigh Valley. I went to see my doctor to finalize the paperwork at the new location, Lehigh Valley in East Stroudsburg. Imagine my surprise when I drove here only for them to tell me Lehigh Valley does not approve medical marijuana. They told me their board was working on it and it should go through in the next month. I waited patiently. I received a bill for a physical, which was not what my visit was for, and told them very nicely I was not going to pay until I got what I made the appointment for. T

You can change the name all you want it is still Pocono Medical Center the laughing stock of Pennsylvania. I have made my family to somehow get me to Jersey

First day dr is going to be 1 hr late so I reschedule next apt same dr half hr late so my 830 apt is now 9, then I'm at a lab and call for them to fax some info for a blood test, and after 3× CALLING and 45 min we finally get the fax,,they are terrible and have just switched healthcare providers absolutely terrible service, they have to many people working they are clueless, wound never go there again

Waited 6hrs in the emergency room. Why have an emergency room if you don't treat patients their as emergencys.
