I want also acknowledge every staff member that I came in contact with. From the receptionist’s who create a welcome environment, the many staff members that I encountered in the hallway with smiles, food service workers and health professionals all left a great impression on me and I’m so very grateful for each one of them. The facility is very clean and the patients are noticeably cared for. My expectations were exceeded and I will definitely tell other families looking for placement about this experience. Ms. Crystal Rodriguez, Social Worker went above and beyond in her professionalism and clear communication in assisting me with the transition to long term care.

My mother was left sitting in a wheelchair for almost an hour after being in dialysis for 4 hours and no one came when she would push the call button so she called me after about 30 minutes and they told me that they would go help her into bed and after another thirty minutes still nobody came so when I called them back they informed me that my mother was not a patient there when she was. She also has a ileostomy and told them twice that it needed to be changed and they told her oh no your fine and walked out of the room then her bag started leaking so they had to go back in there and clean her up and change it. They should have listened to her in the first place. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone they don't seem to care about the patients

I am impressed with the level of care my father is receiving through Legend Oaks on Bertetti in San Antonio. The atmosphere seems to be very inviting plus my father likes the food at this rehabilitation center. The nurses have been responsive and actually call you back when you leave a message (as long as your phone call doesn't get dropped). My MIL has been at one rehab center in San Antonio but she didn't like the food, so I'm glad my father is not only eating nourishing food but it is palatable

Everyone I dealt with today was wonderful. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and so patient with us. Especially Vacil from Speech Therapy and Chad, my dad's nurse. Fantastic at their jobs and interactions with concerned families.

My Dad was transferred from the VA hospital. The transition was smooth. Facility is well kept and staff are all friendly. We love the room set up, very spacious and private. Look forward to a positive and productive rehab.
