I have had 2 visits here so far, and found the front desk people down stairs in the urgent care center were very helpful directing me to the second floor where to go to see my primary physician. The people on the 2nd floor at the front desk were also very friendly. Probably the most friendly I've ever experienced in a doctor's office. My doctor. Dr. Aguilera was very attentive and seem to care about listening to me and answering any my questions or concerns, as well as not feeling rushed. I have also seen the psychologist they have, Brenda, and she was also very friendly and I had a great experience with everyone i encountered there.

I am absolutely appalled at what transpired when I took my daughter to this facility. She went in for a UTI that was not getting better with increasing pain after her regular dr canceled her appt on a Friday afternoon. Upon arrival, she asked specifically if they would do a full pelvic exam and she was told yes. If they couldn't we wouldn't have stayed. We go back and the nurse talks to her, leaves, then comes back because she "forgot " to take her vitals. Dr comes in says urine was positive for uti but he was concerned it was worse not better after being on antibiotics. Tells us he cannot do a pelvic exam because they have no tools. He wants a swab and nurse comes in and makes my daughter do it herself. Are you kidding me? She isn't a nurse or a dr and why are we paying for her to

My experience was horrible. I will advise everyone to be very careful. My mom is sick. My sister made an appointment to the doctor for my 85-year-old mom on Tuesday 8:20 in the morning. I drove my mom to the doctor. I went with her to the room. She got tested for covid and some other virus which came out negative. My mama had severe sore throat. Chest congestion having hard time speaking or breathing. Didn't sleep all night. The doctor checked my mama. Her throat chest listen to everything and he said that he's going to prescribe antibiotics and also road for me over the counter medicine that she's supposed to take with antibiotics. After the doctor we stop by Walgreens pharmacy that they supposed to send prescription but they told me it might take a while and they going to give me a call

I would to say that Morgan Colagiovanni P.A is a phenomenal person as professional health care provider. I took my son in today and she actually took the time to listen to my concerns and physically evaluate my son. The medicine she provided to my son in the facility worked so promptly I couldn't be any happier. As a parent your children's health is top priority and having someone to listen and take action speaks above and beyond of her character as a person and health provider. She took the time to listen and take action. Very knowledgeable and I thank her for answering my questions in regards to my son's health with no hesitation. She made my son feel good in a time his health was a little deplorable. Because of providers like her is the reason I still believe and have good faith I can c

Took both of my daughters with high temperatures at different times, they both were given the same basic test covid, flu, and strep. 2 of the test came back negative, however both my girls needed treatment for respiratory infections. One of my girls was prescribed medication for nausea, but not for what she needed. which was bewildering because it had nothing to do with the symptoms. Lee County healthcare is biased in many ways and lack luster I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated and wished we had other options. If you are a physician and you see a child who is struggling to breathe and you send them home with a prescription for nausea you are in the wrong career and need to be removed. Thank God for his Grace and leading we were able to find the right help for our daughters wh
