I always feel valued as a patient. Laura takes her time to evaluate my hearing loss and listens as I describe my issues. So glad I found someone that understands my issues and works to resolve them.
Laura lane is the best audiologist that I’ve been to.,she’s very competent, cares about her patients. She was also staying late today to attend a conference to keep her up to date on the latest cochlear information so she can be more helpful to her patients . Sges also personally pleasant to deal with.
Dr Lane was awesome and I recommend her for helping with concerns regarding your hearing. She is very patient and kind.
Laura Lane rocks! Had a problem with excessive ear wax that affected my hearing and I was unable to remove at home. She took care of it quickly and WITHOUT PAIN! She then conducted a regular audiology test to check my hearing and provided immediate feedback on the results. Her care fits right in with the best providers that ARC is known for.
Laura was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend her services.
