Do not go here if you are not Haitian or if you do not speak creole. This place specifically caters to creole speaking patients. It seems like the doctors are the only ones who speak English. The staff ruins it for the doctors because the doctors are actually very hospitable. Unfortunately, no one here follows directions! I specified upon my first visit and on all my paperwork that I'm an English speaking patient, yet; they are always calling me leaving voicemails in creole. I also made it clear MULTIPLE times that I drive and would NOT be needing their transportation services; but I am constantly getting calls from their drivers telling me they're outside my house to pick me up for my appointment. I LOVE this clinic, especially the front desk! They are so friendly and very attentive, they treat the patients like family, and even know each of them by name. The staff speaks English, Spanish, French, and Creole. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that the patient's needs are taken care of. If you have Medicare I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

The worst customer service. I called for transportation to pick me up at 11:30 am, from a eye Dr. I didn't get picked up until 3:28pm. I kept getting the run around, every time I called to find out the ETA I was told in 15 min. This makes no sense. This is not the first time that this situation happened. Now I am fed up. No more chances. I am looking from an alternate medical center. WORST EVER!!!! RUN don't look back. The rating should be no stars, but in order to rate you have to put a star.

Terrible customer service, very rude, very unhelpful, very unprofessional, don't care about patients. When ask to speak to the person in charge they said nobody is in charge of this place but Rodny Joseph and he does not have a phone and there is no doctor to talk to
