My experience here was incredible. From the start the whole team made me feel genuinely taken care of and comfortable the entire time. Once they cleared me for LASIK I was so confident in them I booked my surgery that same week. Can’t say enough good things about this place. My eyesight was corrected…for a year. Then it started deteriorating and they have denied retreatment. I understand there aren’t guarantees on how perfect or how long the correction should last, but I expected more than one year for the price. My vision is still better than it was before LASIK, but I still can’t read some things at a moderate distance. I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth and I’m a bit disappointed with their handling of it.

Went in for a consult to see if I was a candidate for lasik. When they took my glasses to read the prescription they scratched both lenses on my glasses. When I told them all they offered was to remove the cost of the $75 eye drops if I did the surgery. Nothing about replacing my month old $275 glasses that they ruined. So now I either have to do the surgery in the next few weeks to get $75 or eat $275 to replace the glasses they destroyed. The tech was very sweet but that doesn’t nothing to help me see today.

I originally had Lasik from this site in 2019. I got monovision which is just one eye for reading and my other eye was not treated for seeing long distance. It lasted 2 years and by then I reached out to get a retreatment. I was told to complete an eye exam by doctor and have a form completed. I was told to fax(who still uses a fax?) or email results. I received a response stating results would be emailed 8-10 weeks. Apparently a board discussed my eye exam and decided I was not a candidate for retreatment. I recently tried again to get a retreatment July 2025. I went through the same steps and got a call to come to the office. I had to pay $99 for the same eye exam I just submitted. I was told in 2019 they did the surgery on my dominant eye which they should have done it on my non-domina

I came to this establishment about a month ago (August) to determine if I was eligible for LASIK, I did some tests and I was told I was eligible and I decided to go through with it and make a appointment for that Friday to get the procedure done. It was one of the best decisions in my life. I am so happy that I am free from glasses. I even got 3 months of free consultation appointments if I need them.
