I have the best experience at Lash and skin cosmetic in Randolph, MA. Customer service was excellent, Susanna is the sweetest, very knowledgeable, and she made me feel so comfortable. She takes her time with me and is always on time. I have my new spot now for waxing and anything to do with skin.

I decided, at the last minute, that I wanted to get lash extensions before a trip out of town. I called the boutique and Susana patiently answered all of my questions. I booked my appointment, without hesitation, for later that same day. When I arrived, I immediately felt comfortable. The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Susana had me clean my lashes before we got started. I’d never had this in other salons! She provided me with the supplies and instructions I’d need to keep my lashes in the best condition for the 2 weeks until my refill. You can tell she maintains her boutique very well; there wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere, not even the vents on the ceiling! Knowledge: She was also very knowledgeable about eyelashes and a number of other services that we spoke about. I felt very relaxed and comfortable being in her boutique, and listening to her explain things, that I booked another treatment for next week. My first experience with eyelash extension. Susana explained exactly how the process worked, totally put me at ease and after comfortably laying down for about 2 hours, woke up to an absolutely incredible transformation. She did a wonderful job applying a natural lash. Everything is precise, patient, clean and delicate. I am very happy to be a client and couldn't recommend going here enough! Susana is amazing. You can tell she has significant training through her precise and perfect application. I loved her simple and natural classic sets, but when I let her know I wanted a bit more of a whispy voluminous set, I got exactly that! She is so kind and caters to exactly what you want.
