Came in as a walk in. Was seen nearly immediately. Place was very clean and everyone was friendly and professional. Had the best teeth cleaning i EVER had. It was gentle, but thorough. Walked out feeling like a million bucks.

The only reason why you are getting two stars is because of the staff however the dentist is very rude obnoxious and does not know what customer service definitely is. From the moment I walked in he wanted to argue now a week later I choose not to have any other work done due to the fact that he does not respect people I asked a simple question and he starts getting upset going back and forth in that case he could have became a lawyer if he like to argue. I feel bad for the staff because he thinks just because he’s a dentist he gets to treat people however he wants absolutely not! Worst dentist I’ve ever come across! Not only that but he wants to lecture you about health when his degree is a dentist not an MD he has no knowledge when it comes to bariatric patients. Maybe he should get a de

Dr. Chun and his team is amazing! I have been his patient for years and have always had the best experience. He truly cares about his patients and is a professional. He is a value to Laredo community where people usually go to other cities to be seen by a professional doctors.

Terrible dentist I would never recommend him to anyone. Super rude!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

My experience with Dr. Chun was horrible. He kept lecturing me on how to care for my teeth as well as how keeping in shape, which according to him, keeps your teeth healthy???? There was a lady next door to where I was sitting and the doctor went to check her…….omg…….. I was so shocked to hear him yelling at her. He degraded the poor woman, telling her she had bad teeth due to her diabetes and how she was not taking care of herself. This man was rude and not as kind as he appears to be. I will never go back with this doctor.
