Pretty fed up on a monumental level. Most times I’ve been here to get meds there almost always out and have to give partials. This most recent time they gave me partials on my sleeping pills so I specifically requested that they send the rest when they got them in stock. They said yes and made a note. A day before I ran out I called up and they said that it slipped through the cracks. I told them it was going to cost me about $80 in Ubers to come in from downtown as my truck is in the shop. The clerk assured me I didn’t need to spend that money to get out there and that they would ship it out and it would get to me tomorrow (today). Well, it’s today and I don’t have sleeping pills. I won’t sleep tonight on one of the precious few days I get to sleep in every few weeks. Unbelievable.

I have been to many compounding/wellness pharmacies in Austin, recently I have discovered Lake Hills Pharmacy on Bee Cave Road. The customer service and staff are wonderful. The prices are better than most of their competitors. When I arrived there I met their wellness director Radhia. I was amazed at her gentleness and knowledge. I came in with some health challenges and she was so kind and had a fantastic grasp of just what I needed. She spent time helping me resolve my issues. She was patient and gave me way more than I would expect from a practitioner of her caliber. I felt much better in just a few days after taking her recommendations. I've been using Lake Hills Pharmacy for all my supplement and prescription needs for several years and have always been more than pleased with the friendly and helpful service. Their curbside service throughout this pandemic has been truly amazing--I call my order in and they drop it in an outside box once I arrive. Easy, no-hassle, no-touch service. It was during one of my phone calls to resupply that I was visiting with Radhia about a current issue I had been dealing with for several months. She asked me a few more details and recommended some changes/additions to my supplements, advised me on how to take them, told me it may take awhile to resolve but to be patient. Lake Hills Pharmacy provides excellent and friendly customer service and prompt filling of medications. I’ve been so pleased with their staff since I started using them. Everyone is polite and they even called me with a pre-recorded birthday message. This pharmacy has my medication in stock when other pharmacies have no timeline to be able to receive or dispense the prescription. Lake Hills’ mailing service is great and economical if you aren’t super close (I’m on the other side of the city). Greatly appreciate my prescriber recommending this pharmacy.
