I had another fantastic experience at Lake Austin Smiles! Dr. Jenny continues to be professional, kind, and thorough, but I especially want to highlight the amazing team around her. Debra at the front desk was incredibly clear and transparent about costs and insurance, which I truly appreciated—no surprises, just honest and helpful communication. And Emily, my hygienist, was wonderful! She was gentle, detailed, and made the whole cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. Such a friendly, professional office all around. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jenny is fantastic! She’s incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and comfortable...AND SMELLS SO GOOD. I’m so glad I found her—highly recommend!

Misquoted me twice. I was given a quote for $130 after the initial exam, but when I come in for the procedure I am told it will actually be $350. I decide to trust the doctor's recommendation and go through with the procedure anyway, and then I am told afterwards that she found more tooth decay and spur-of-the-moment did another filling that will cost me even more than the new quote. The quality of the dental work seems fine, but being told by a dentist that they just didn't notice some tooth decay when doing a dental exam does not inspire confidence.
