Lahey Institute of Urology at Rochester

Called after a refill got denied at the pharmacy to find the line disconnected. Had to call the main line who eventually said that all of the Seacoast offices are closed, and care would need to be completely reestablished with a new provider at another location and that no one would even be able to temporarily prescribe the medication. There was zero notice given of this prior to calling to find out why the refill was denied

Easily the most disorganized practice available. The Dr.s are over booked and over worked. The nursing staff could use a lesson in being respectful and customer oriented service instead of innapropriately conversing with eachother where patients waiting can hear them. The administration staff though is terrible. If they arent being rude at check in/check out windows It's because they are busy losing paperwork, prescription information, insurance information, referrals, appointment information etc. I have never been to a more disappointing medical office. Southeast nh and Southern Maine have a lot more options than Lahey, I would try any of them first.
