Laboratory - Family Health Center

I am SO disappointed in this primary care office. Rude appointment scheduling. My doctor is Dr. Talack I am pregnant and needed to re schedule my appointment. The lady told me I have to wait till DEC! guess my doctor doesn't care about there patients and being pregnant since I haven't seen her yet since I have become pregnant. Also the upstairs blood work office is SLOW and Unprofessional. I would hate to find a new doctor but Dec is a bit ridiculous to accommodate my schedule . Latest appointments are 345 but your office is opened till 5pm. that makes NO SENCE !

I can't believe it! I wait a month for this appointment, For them to tell me I need to update my Primary Care Dr. I never used my insurance before so I didn't know. The girl at the desk was very nice, But why they didn't call me and tell me this so I call the insurance on time?

Doctors are good here after that well it can be better. Significant issues with referrals. Not sure if the personnel are new but made many mistakes on referrals. This created a big problem for me since a mistake in a referral translates into having to reschedule a very important appointment. Please take ownership the people in the referral department like if it was for you and do it right the first time.

did all the pre appointment stuff on the computer. i only wanted to know how my blood work was but had to see my doctor. They had me wait 1hr, took me back for about 5 minutes to take my blood pressure and ask why i was there. Then sent meoit again to wait in waiting room for another 25 minutes until i jad enough and asked why i was the last petson in the waiting room while other who came later then me were already served. We are backed up but makes no sense because other came later and were nit only seen but were nit forced to go back out to wait a second time. They didn't care, they dont care and it needs to be reported

They are always behind on my appointments for example it could be 9:30 and they won't send us to the back until 10ish to sit and wait another 30mins. Sometimes 1 hour 😕 When I call they are super unprofessional some how after being on hold so long I get hanged up on. Literally called and the female answered the phone with just a "hello 👋 " I was like is this the pediatric office? lol 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I was confused for a split second 😅 😂
