Today, I took my son to his doctor, who has been seeing him since he was younger, and I've always had a positive experience. However, this visit was disappointing due to the new receptionist they have working there. She seemed completely unaware of how to process my insurance, which led to unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, she asked me to do her job for her, which was frustrating since it's not my responsibility. As if that wasn’t enough, she has a difficult time speaking or understanding English, making it nearly impossible to communicate effectively. It's really unfortunate, as I've never had any issues before, but this experience was very frustrating.

Dr. La Rosa is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring about all of her patients' well-being. She takes the time to listen and address all of my concerns. The office is clean, child-friendly, and well-organized, and the medical assistant is very kind. I couldn’t be any happier with the medical attention that is provided at this office… Five stars all the way!

I have been coming to this clinic for years now and absolutely love the service that the Doctor and her team provides. They’re always so patient and kind and do their best to make visits as comfortable as possible. Even if the wait time is a bit longer than expected, I never mind waiting because of the individual attention she gives to each patient. I appreciate everything this clinic has done for me and the hard work that they put in 😁❤️

I called them today 09/30/2019 for appointment for my sick daughter, i told them she is sick for 3 to 4 days, but they don't care about kids health, the receptionist asked about the insurance but my daughter did not got her insurance that we applied 30 days ago. I told her i will pay cash for the visit but she told she don't have any opening today. I asked her she is very sick with Fever, cold , cough and Red Eye, bcoz its weekend i couldn't find any doctors. she told the appointment will be after 2 weeks. what should i do after 2 weeks appointment. In their website says ( We offer same day appointments for sick patients.) I don't want to give any star,but google is not allowing me with out a star, so i gave 1 star. F???? this type of health Facility. Bcoz they don't care about your ki

I don't have words to describe how good doctor la Rosa is. When ever I had any concerns with my children she was there to clarify, she personalized every visit and identify each one of the medical issues as priority..the waiting time to make an appointment it can be from one day to another and sometimes walk in visits, the waiting time in the office not long at all and the medical assistances are always above and be on the expectations to help with anything we need in regards our children. I recently moved to another state and one thing I miss from Guttenberg NJ is to have my favorite doctor near me. I recommend Doctor Niurka la Rosa as one of the best pediatrician in the area, you will not regret to choose her as your kids primary doctor. God bless her and staff members. Att. Alba Barahon
