The staff at Dr. Nabeel Najib’s office is consistently rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Every visit, the employees look angry and irritated, like they don’t want to be there. Asking a question is apparently too much for them — they respond as if you’re bothering them instead of providing help or guidance. Calling the office is also frustrating, as it’s extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I submitted a request for an important medical form to be filled out, and it was completely ignored. When the behavior didn’t change, I went in person, asked for a manager, and filed a formal complaint. I was assured it would be addressed, but nothing ever improved. Dr. Nabeel is a great doctor he’s been my kids doctor for years and once they turn 18 his son dr. Anas will be their primary care physician inshallah

Dr. Najib has been the pediatrician for my 3 kids since they were babies. I can’t complain about anything. He is very professional and an excellent doctor. He also treated the asthma to my daughter and he is always available for walk in patients.
