The staff treats you with respect and part of that is Dr. Lac's comprehensive explanation of whatever procedure he is to do. You do not go in blind, he tells you every single thing you need and also don't. Very professional staff. This office brings a positive to the declining community in Guttenberg.

Live in the area. Was in front the dentist office with a 6yr. Old, that needed 2 use the restroom. Had an adult go in with her, to ask if the child can pee quick, an child was told no. Had my kid pee outside, walking away.. On bergenline avenue, a main shopping district area. Yet these businesses let bums, junkies, and who knows what else, use a restroom before a child. Horrible attitude, these receptionists. And these types of buisnesses wont last long, with there ridiculous ways either. Wack!

I think its unfair that someone is rating this place because of an outside of dentistry issue that has nothing to do with how this place is... I am here to say that I am prettified of dentist and this place truly makes someone feel at home and at ease... Ive been to other places where it seems the doctor enjoys having nervous patients but this place truly is one of a kind... I Love this place 11/10

Yes, I agree with you. They should have gone to Burger King. It is a very unfair rating.This facility is a 5 star.
