Most rude doctor I have ever experienced. Completely argued with me in the waiting room in front of patients after having me wait for 30 minutes. Horrible dental office and I will not be dealing with them anymore and switching to another dentist today.

I don’t usually write reviews—this is my first-ever review on Google. I’ve had experiences at different places before, but I always understood that things happen, so I never felt the need to leave a review. However, my experience here made me want to share what happened. I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning. An elderly white lady, who was very kind and calm, performed the cleaning and told me to come back the following week for additional work. I agreed and returned. She completed half of the procedure and asked me to come back again for the remaining work. For the first two visits, no one mentioned any copays. The owner dentist is so very rude!!! Never in my life did I have such a bad experience with any doctor nor dentist!! She left me in the room waiting for two hours!!! I fell asleep!! She walked in the dirty room never apologized and not kind just rude!! The place is so dirty and disgusting!! I don't know how they're still in business!! I went to another dentist near by and the lady at the front desk said there are many complaints about the owner of family dental in Guttenberg 68th st. 5⭐ for Patty, she's a dentist there that is extremely kind & knowledgeable & great work. She's excellent!!

Great Experience.... I visited this office recently for my regular checkup and cleaning. I had amazing experience at this office. Dr.Sethi is Gentle and she is highly skilled. I recently moved to jersey and was looking for a new dentist. I think i made a great choice by choosing this office. Office staff was very helpful and courteous. They made sure that i am comfortable and i did not had to wait for the appointment. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Never again will I have any of them work on my teeth. They didn’t numb me properly and I felt the e tire root canal. Unfortunately I still have to do work on my teeth but once I’m done it’s over for them they lost 3 patients! They are so unprofessional the front desk receptionist doesn’t know good English let alone any help when questions are being asked. It’s the worse care if you don’t want to be tortured don’t come here
