Dr Walcott is my brothers doctor for over two years and we have found him to be kind, informative and very easy to speak with. I go into the room with my brother and I’ve been so hoppy with how he speaks directly to my brother rather than to me. One of the best doctors that my brother has. Office personnel have also been incredible nice and they are responsive to our needs.

This was my first time here and it was an excellent experience all around. The front desk staff were friendly, kind and helpful. There was no wait to be examined and the nurse who set me up was very kind and competent. Dr. Walcott was great -- I really enjoyed my time with him and felt "heard" with helpful analysis, advice and a caring attitude. I truly felt cared for and was not expecting such a positive experience for my first time at this walk-in care center. I would not believe the negative reviews on here about Dr. Walcott or the staff -- I doubt they really are true reviews. This facility was top notch and the care was A+.

Dr Wolcott is the friendliest most knowledgeable doctor I've had in years. He finds ways to get you off the meds if your taking any. Unlike other doctors that will just keep you on them for the rest of your life. Staff is great and they will get you in as fast as they can if you don't have an appointment scheduled. Sometimes it's even the same day you call. Easy access to the office from right off the highway. Highly recommend him.

Dr Walcott and the staff here are the most caring medical professionals I have found since my relocation to CT. They're always available to answer questions and they show you that you are their first priority. I'm so happy to have found a Dr I can trust. I would recommend Dr Walcott to anyone hands down!

Dr. Walcott has been my 94 year old father's physician for two years. I go into the examining room (with my father's permission). I am always so impressed with the care and attention Dr. Walcott pays to my father. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to my father and speaks directly to him, addressing all of his concerns, no matter how small. I am grateful my father is in Dr. Walcott's care - so much so that I am switching my GP to Dr. Walcott.
