Extremely happy with Dr. Frazer and his whole staff. I’m so glad I was referred to his office, after looking for a new Doctor for a year!!! It was very easy and convenient to make an appointment as a new patient, and also follow ups. The place is very nice and modern with the ultimate technology. They even doDr Frazer is very knowledgeable, really friendly and genuinely cares about his patients. I will recommend Dr Frazer to anyone.

Caring, and professional. Never felt rushed. I met the Doctor and saw the PA Meg. They do their own bloodwork and I had a EKG also. Checking in was easy and again professional. Only a five minute wait to see Meg. She spent a good amount of time with me. Great first experience.

Not only is Dr Troy is an excellent practitioner, he & his staff, particularly Office Mgr extradinaire, Pedro, are a good friend to the One More Chapter bookclub. Thank you for the use of your beautiful waiting room as a meeting space & promoting reading as a brain health practice. He is truly an all encompassing doctor; mind, body & community. Dr. Troy Frazer – Patient Experience I heard about Dr. Troy Frazer on social media, and after seeing several positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who is transitioning from pediatric care to a family doctor. Everything seemed straightforward. She liked the doctor, and the appointment went well. However, we were surprised when the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showed a charge of $109. Why? Apparently, the doctor decided to send her an advance directive—without informing us that this would incur an additional charge or asking for consent. Things became more frustrating when I called to clarify the charge. The billing contact, who used multiple names (Julio was one, but I can’t recall the other), was unhelpful and dismissive. He insisted they were doing us a “favor”

Following a yearly physical examination, we encountered an issue with Dr. Frazer’s billing practices. During the examination, he mentioned the importance of having a living will without disclosing the associated incremental cost for this advice. As we learned later when the bill arrived, the doctor considered this advice a “Procedure” and then applied a code to the bill, resulting in an additional charge. Unfortunately, (and not surprising) our insurance company would not cover this charge. We first called Dr Frazer’s office to understand the charge and rectify the situation but encountered difficulties.
