I have had several issues with this office including cancelling your appointments with absolutely no notice or explanation. Mind you, an appointment they called YOU to set up and They clearly don’t know how to bill insurance causing you to come out of pocket money… not satisfied at ALL.

My Grandchildren see Tina Taylor she is the most intelligent caring woman that I have ever met. My grandchildren absolutely adore her. She is a beautiful person inside and out.

I love this office! My kids were recently in for physicals and I will tell you… The service is always more than I’m expecting. They do there due diligence with the patient care part as well as their briefing and making sure that we are fully aware of what is going on with our children. They make it easy on the kids by making them feel welcomed, safe, and even involved in their own care by talking with them and asking them questions about their lifestyles as well. I never feel rushed out of there or leave with any unanswered questions. My oldest needed labs; we got them done same day and heard promptly from the office only a couple days later. Dissatisfying services. Cannot admit there auto phone system doesn't work. They cancelled my daughter's appointment and said they texted and called. Showed them the phone with no received called, missed calls or text for that date. According to other reviews they have similar issues. Not easy to work with. Asked for a note in case the school needed it to get my daughter back in school. Nope! Deny deny deny is their moto. Good luck!

Stephanie Carper is the greatest! She is very friendly, listens to all of our concerns, and is super thorough. Our son really likes her too!
