I have been a patient of Dr Yo's for 10 years. She and her staff are wonderful!!! I have some dental anxiety, and she is always so patient and gentle with me. She gives great advice and treatment plans, explaining everything in great detail. She takes great care of my kids too. The only complaint that I have is that it can be really difficult to get an appointment. I usually have to plan 3 months out for a regular cleaning. It's worth it for the care that I get. She's the only dentist that I would fully trust!!!

The experience my girlfriend and I had at this dentistry was absolutely horrific. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever had and they weren’t prepared to do the procedure. So half way through they decided to stop. And still charge me $300 for “sedation” when the problem is now worse and I have to seek elsewhere for a dentist that will finish their unfinished job. As for the ladies at the front desk, they do not care about the patients. And are extremely rude and unsatisfactory. Completely disregard what their websites bio about how hard the dentistry strives for customer service. Because it’s quite the opposite.
