My Urgent Care Clinic Schertz

First time at this urgent care clinic. The two young ladies at the front desk greeted us with genuine smiles, they were friendly, and polite. Our provider Turner, she was very sweet, listened to all my daughters symptoms and our questions. She kindly and very patiently answered all our concerns. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Best experience I think I've had at an urgent care. I'm chronically ill and its hard to find doctors that understand and will actually help. The whole visit was great from check in, to vitals, to NP Misty doing my IV. I didn't have to wait long at all and left feeling SO much better. From now on if I need to go to urgent care I will only be going here.

Received exceptional care from the moment we entered. Was greeted by a professional young man, Perez. Followed by a fabulous stitch to my daughter’s hand by NP McKinney!! I blinked, then we were out in no time. It will no doubt be our go to for urgent care service

Doctor Donny and Nurse Jonathan provided excellent service! They are friendly, make you feel comfortable and welcomed, and are great with kids. My family has visited this clinic several times, and we always receive fast, high quality care. The entire team is professional, and it’s always wonderful seeing familiar faces. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

The front desk guy was exceptional. The provider that saw me was not only amazing at her profession, but she also provided great customer service. She was very welcoming and her energy was magnetic I didn't want to leave. This is 100% my new go to urgent care. Hopefully the staff doesn't change
