An absolute world class experience from an elite team. Upon entry I was cheerfully greeted by Kurstin who already had all of my information primed and notified the rest of the team of my arrival. In the treatment room, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a provider team operate in a “right hand knowing what the left hand is doing” quite like Yvonne And PA Kurt Lee. Yvonne has so much knowledge and is hyper efficient. Kurt administered my injections and I genuinely did not feel the procedure. The relief has been way more than I imagined possible from a single procedure. My ability to function, and quality of life, have been restored thanks to this amazing team!

Have not yet had treatments, so cannot rate results. But the new patient experienced was exceptionally good. I was referred to this practice. I received a call within days of the referral to get an appointment, quickly. The phone experience was excellent. The caller identified themselves and the purpose, clearly and slowly and not rushed. I went to my pain doctor this morning and was told my appointment was on Oct 28th it was my fault that I did not get the text message that the slot on the 14th had been filled. I told the receptionist I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t wait another 2 weeks. No response. There was only one other patient at the time. She didn’t even offer to see if they could fit me in. No empathy at all. I am happy with.PA Blount. He is wonderful but they need to teach their front office staff to be more empathetic. We are going to these physicians because we are in pain. So disappointed in how I was treated by the receptionist.
