First Dental Visit in 20 years. Every person I dealt with was awesome. The ladies upfront were great and gave me all the information I needed to know, including quotes before starting anything. Melissa helped me understand the process and procedure, and helped get my teeth all cleaned up. Dr. Yo was quick and efficient and explained everything else in detail. Everything was comfortable and calming. Everyone was super friendly and it felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. I do have many things wrong with my teeth but I feel confident that Schertz Family Dental will get my mouth all fixed up. Thank you for making my visit so great. If you are stressing about going to the dentist, I recommend that you give this place a chance. I am very happy with my experience.

Dr. Yo is the absolute best! She is so down to earth. She takes the time to get to know her patients and always explains everything in detail. Her staff follow her example; they are personable, kind and reassuring. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist and this office has totally changed that for me. I highly recommend Dr. Yo!

Dr. Yo is the best dental doctor I've had. Her patients are not just another number pulled. She's caring and understanding of our needs. Her team is also great!

Unfortunately I had to find another dental office because of insurances changes. Truly missed at Shertz Family Dental will be my dentist Dr. Yo and hygienist Shannon. Both of them always kind, patient, and respectful for the years I have been going there. I can't imagine the new dental office will come close to matching the level of care I have received from these two. Keep doing what you do. No one does it better has been my experience!
