I recently moved back here after being away for over 25 years, l would have given them a 10 star review if it was just based on the EYE EXAM but the customer service was terrible and no one apologize, l had a set appointment waited for almost an hour no one said anything once l got back there they had me mixed up with another patient again no one apologized. Once l was in the back waited another 30 minutes Came up front ordered glasses it was different as well his name was Patrick Husband went the next day GREAT EXAM BY DOCTOR! again we both had appointments he waited over an hour and dealing with several issues with our insurance not on the insurance side but Patrick, it has been a nightmare the insurance company had to call because we were given the wrong information he has been rude and

Great place. Everyone is friendly and helpful BUT plan on waiting for a bit. That is my only issue, my appt. maybe at 11 but it will be 12 or 12:30 before I’m seen. So plan accordingly but other than that it is wonderful.

Great place, great staff and wonderful doctors willing to help in anyway possible. I’ve been going to them for years and I don’t plan on changing eye doctors ever!! 😊
