Delta Dental of Arkansas

My husband and I were insured through Delta Dental through my husband’s job at Walmart. To say that we’ve been disappointed with them is an underestimate. I had three dates of service at out-of-network providers that were sent to Delta Dental of Arkansas in September 2025 and October 2025. The checks were unfortunately lost in the mail. After contacting Delta Dental in November of 2025 , I was told to complete a stop payment form and the checks would be resent. The checks were never resent. Instead I have called them multiple times begging them to resend the checks. I have been reassured that they would but have continued to just get more stop payment forms. Delta Dental is refusing to reimburse me and I am honestly very disturbed by this insurance company’s lack of ethics.

I’ve been really impressed with the dental benefits. Everything is straightforward, from finding a provider to getting claims processed. The coverage has saved me so much on routine care, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing I’m protected. It’s been one of the easiest and most reliable benefits I’ve ever used. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was truly traumatized by the last dentist office I visited—so much so that I left in pain the same day and continued hurting for a while after. My experience with Delta Dental was the total opposite. There was no pain, the care was quick and efficient, and they addressed the problem right away. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, every single person had a great personality and a genuine smile. The entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. It was a completely different experience in the best possible way, and I’m so grateful for the quality of care I received. Highly recommend!

I have no problems when it comes to using my benefits, some benefits I really don't how to use but I know they are there, I have been with delta for a while and I never have had any problems.

I had to go to a periodontist for an issue I was having. Since they are a specialist, I wasn't sure about coverage so I just took the wait and see approach. DD immediately paid the bill and sent me a notice that I did not owe anything. It was such a smooth process. Thank you!
