Central Arkansas Pediatric Dentistry

We're new to this dentist office, and have been twice, and both times were a great experience. Our appointment was at 9:00, and the kids were called back at 9:01! Michelle at the front desk is the nicest receptionist I've ever encountered. The hygienists and dentist were also ALL very kind as well.

Everyone is always so sweet and patient! Shoutout to Ms Ebony for making our appointment super fun, and giving my children the extra care they needed. Thank you!!!

I wouldn't recommend this dental office for toddlers or small children. The only staff member who smiled or seemed happy to be working there was the receptionist. The push for upsell of the "special" $30 toothpaste for a 6 year old was enough to never return.

We've been with Dr. Jana since we moved to Sherwood in 2016. Very professional, knowledgeable doctor. Always keeps me informed, even when I had a million questions. 😊 Front desk staff is amazing!!! Great customer service. Kids typically get their teeth cleaned with Deidre. She is our favorite, always polite and gentle with the kiddos. The other staff are amazing as well, very helpful anytime we've had to use someone else. Great experience all the way around.

I hate to go down this road but since I was texted to write a review I will go ahead. This is not intended to bring conflict between anyone or retaliate I just have different views and I must make my point across. I was told by Dr. Jana B. my son couldn't be in the room (where my daughter was the patient). She reminded me of last time she wasn't going to allow kids to be in the room because they could be a distraction and I told her last time was not a problem and not a single distraction occured and that my rule is that my kids come with me wherever I feel it's necessary. My kids know how to behave and they have manners. I understand parents have roaming toddlers or children that just can't be controlled but that is not the case for me. (My children are well mannered, homeschooled and rai
