Healthcare Express Urgent Care - Sherwood, AR

I visited this office after stepping on glass, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The receptionist immediately provided a wheelchair, which I truly appreciated. Even though I did not have my insurance card, the visit was still affordable with no hidden costs. Dr. Jones treated me with great care and professionalism. After reviewing the X-ray, they identified that some glass remained, and thankfully it was successfully removed. The nurse was equally compassionate and attentive throughout my visit and even escorted me to my car in a wheelchair afterward. There was little to no wait time, and everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and caring. I highly recommend this office 10/10 experience.

Very, quick and easy. I was very reluctant about going because I hate waiting in waiting rooms with others that may be more sick/contagious but it was very clean, spacious and quick and easy. Even the check in process was by phone via a QR code and I was called back to back fairly quickly. My total time from walking in, being seen and leaving was right under an hour. Now that’s fast! Staff was extremely nice from the front Jeanna and Destiny were very sweet all the way to the back staff Amber/MA and the provider Sonja. Great service!

Very quick in and out! Was feeling very congested with a sore throat and went to Healthcare Express after 4 days of sickness. I was tested for Covid, flu, and strep. I wasn’t aware I would have to pay out of pocket for the tests but maybe that’s on me for not asking. All tests were negative so I was started on steroids and started feeling better! Overall, a very thorough, yet quick experience.

I went to Healthcare express because I wasn't feeling the best. From the moment my wife and I entered the facility it was a very smooth process. The receptionist was great. The young man(LPN) that took our vitals and information was phenomenal and Miranda was absolutely wonderful. She listened intently to the issues that my wife and I were having. Did her assessment and gave us her recommendations on what would put us on the road to quick recovery. So very thankful that she was our provider. She did an amazing job. Thank you Miranda.

Provider Marlesha L Thompson is very kind, Knowledgeable, and attentive. The visit was smooth, and I felt well cared for. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well organized. Highly recommend this provider if anyone needs healthcare services.
