Kroger Pharmacy

The Pharmacy has improved 10× better. The Manager follows instructions, and directions. He doesn't discriminate against anyone and treats everyone with the up most respect and empathy. The rest of the staff feeds off his energy and does the same. I wish all pharmacy technicians were the same. This manager needs to teach classes on empathy and doing the right thing and still being respectful to patients.

I started using Kroger at Kiln Creek after the Grafton Rite Aid closed. I wish I had started using them sooner. They have always been amazing and given great service. All the ladies are super nice and a joy to interact with. Special shout out to Pharmacist Victoria. She is always so nice and works her butt off to get things done. Thank you, I greatly appreciate good service and a job well done!

Staff is Rude- Hung up on multiple times - while trying to assist in patient care - I advise to just find a new pharmacy

Friendly Respectful Staff, always try to save you money on prescriptions. Dr. Terrance is a great addition to the pharmacy team. Pharmacists are ready to answer questions. Great prices ....Great service

My experience was with the Yorktown Kroger Pharmacy. Have been with this pharmacy for 15 years but I will no longer deal with them. For the past year it takes days to a week to get a prescription filled. Typically they don't bother to fill them unless you check on them a couple of times. The last straw was I called in 3 prescriptions on Monday night. As of Saturday morning only 2 were ready. When I asked why the last one wasn't filled they told me it was because they were under staffed. So you could fill 2 of the ones called in but not the 3rd because not enough staff. I was told they would make the 3rd one a priority and I should, not would but should, be able to get it the next day. I have always been very patient and tried to understand but this has gotten beyond crazy!! I wil
