Kroger Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with the way my daughter was treated by the Kroger Pharmacy staff. Her Dr. called in her prescription earlier that day but when she arrived Kroger pharmacy told her she would have to pay cause her insurance wouldnt cover it so she left get to the money came back she was told there was no record of it in their system. This was especially frustrating since she had already been informed by a pharmacy employee in person that the medication was ready. Instead of helping resolve the issue, staff members were rude and dismissive, giving her the runaround. They even questioned her about the medication she was prescribed, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. There is no excuse for treating customers this way. Not sure who was working Monday March 2nd and closed the pharmacy 15 minutes early, but just so you know I wasn’t able to get my sleep medication. Maybe in the future, stay open until the hours you are supposed to like any job is expected to do.

I have mixed reviews because there is a man who fills my prescriptions at the drive through window with glasses who is PHENOMENAL…. And then there is everyone else. No one I ever speak with in the actual pharmacy besides that man even greets me or introduces themselves. IF I reach someone on the phone they are always snippy, rude and hang up without saying thank you or have a nice day. NOT TO MENTION there was a random hydrocodone in my medication prescription one time. I’ve never been prescribed hydrocodone. It is evident that this pharmacy struggles with basic customer service and efficiency.

This pharmacy certainly DOES NOT uphold the rest of any Kroger experiences within the store. While the app is convenient for refilling prescriptions, they tend to be constantly out of my auto refill medication. This is nearly every month. The customer service at the location, when addressed, is very nonchalant and unhelpful. I would recommend HIGHLY taking your pharmacy business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if possible.

Wouldn’t even send my dog’s prescription here 😂. No one in there is helpful or knows what they’re talking about. Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.
