Kroger Pharmacy

I have been a regular customer for years and the staff there frequently reinforces my decision by the exemplary level of customer service. Drug prices are insane and my insurance is mediocre at best. They will take the time to check discount cards to find the best price possible for me and save me a substantial amount of money. Yesterday they saved me over $100 on some dermatology meds for my son. They saved me over $1000 on a single prescription a few years back. I cannot sing their praises enough.

I am so happy I switched over pharmacies from Walgreens to kroger about 9 months ago or so. I absolutely love the staff they are wonderful and always so helpful if I have any questions or issue I recommend 10 out of 10

I could not find my prescription anywhere. I called Kroger and the nicest pharmacist, Akrm S, said he would fill the order for me as a new patient. And you can’t find this prescription anywhere. He welcomed me and filled my prescription at one half the price I’ve paid anywhere else. Thank you for making my day sir!

I've been coming to this pharmacy monthly for close to ten years now. They've always had my scrip when they said they would, they always answer the phone during business hours, and I've never once had an issue with wrong meds or other problems. I see that they are a very busy pharmacy, and every time I go, I see the techs working their backsides off. They always answer my questions honestly and clearly. These gals & guys are busy people, who have to do a perfect job every single time or someone could die. I guess if you're going there for pills and social hour, maybe you should make nice with your street corner pharma dealer instead. Five stars for doing an amazing job for all these years!

There is a very good reason why they have a horrible rating. It's sad they carry the best pricing for my prescription, I'm betting that is the only reason most use this Kroger pharmacy. You will not find a group of employees more irritated about doing their job. There is one man working, who is pleasant, so I can't group him with the others. Many of the same reviews and nothing changes. I guess nobody takes these reviews seriously. I laugh every time I read the "about" posted by the management.
