Kroger Pharmacy

Shout out to Jordan! I walked up a few minutes before closing time and a guy was closing the gate around the pharmacy and he said they will be back in 30 minutes. I was disappointed but Jordan was there and said he could help me quickly. Thank you, Jordan! Great costumer care.

Trying to get some prescriptions filled at Kroger's and I go through GoodRx but they came up with a price of $351.25 they want $48 for some fish oil capsules and they said that's the good RX price on the official my GoodRx coupon showed $17.18 but they say they can't honor that coupon why do we have to go through this crap every time if they can get GoodRx prices why can't everybody else have good RX prices it's not insurance the total should be $88.14 through GoodRxGoodRx but thanks to Kroger's they want to charge me $351.25 something needs to be done about these pharmacies ripping people off.

Drive thru is constantly closed during scheduled working hours. They close way too early on Sundays, at 5. It never fails when I go they are closed at what are normal hours at other pharmacies. For example, I went through drive thru at 1240 pm on a weekday and it was closed. I went in the store to get the Rx and asked why drive thru was closed, and he said he was the only person to man the front register. If that's the case, hire more people. This is a busy Kroger. There is no logical reason the drive thru should be closed at 1240 on a weekday. This has happened to me many times and is extremely frustrating and time consuming. From now on, I will pay more to go elsewhere.

I love the staff in this pharmacy. Always so nice and they really try to pull your prescriptions as fast as they can. Anne is a lovely pharmacist and quick to ask if I have questions when something is new. :-) They stay positive even when the line is long.

I gave them a 3 star review because of nice staff but poor service as others pointed out. Many times I've had my physician fax them my prescription, call Kroger and they acknowledged they received it. Then they say when it will be ready and it isn't. Many times I then call, I'm told it's ready and upon arrival an hour or two past the ready for pickup time and it's not ready. Now I call twice: first for the pickup time and again before going to get it. I get person's name. That usually works. It's an unnecessary hassle but their prices are good. If they fixed that problem I'd give them 5 stars.
