Lynchburg Pediatrics

Dr. Simpson has been absolutely amazing. She really listens to your concerns and has such a great bedside manner. We originally started with Dr. Kline and I still kick myself for not getting rid of her sooner and switching to Dr. Simpson. Dr. Kline was awful, dismissive, rushed through appts and didn’t actually take in anything I was saying and had no idea what she was talking about when it came to my child’s pretty severe issues. Thankfully I made her refer us out to a specialist who strongly disagreed with some of her recommendations. I then immediately switched to Dr. Simpson and things have been so much better. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been trying for several weeks to transfer my child to this practice, and the process has been frustrating and inconsistent. During my initial call, I specifically asked whether I needed to submit the new patient forms along with her records and was told no — that I should send the records first, and once they were reviewed, I would be contacted to complete the forms. I emailed her records on February 10. The next day, I received an email from Michelle at the front desk stating they could not proceed without the new patient forms. Although this contradicted what I was told, I submitted the forms on February 11. As of today, February 23, I was informed that the records still have not been reviewed because they now need to be printed. When I called to clarify what exactly was required,

We love Lynchburg Pediatrics! The providers are all kind and have gone over the top for our girl. The front office staff is kind, great communication, and always willing to help.

Dr. Kendra Simpson is a fantastic provider. Her staff at Lynchburg pediatrics are extremely friendly and willing to work with you on your schedule. They also have a great after hours calling procedures. You can tell this place cares deeply for their patients.
