This concerns more the managing of the office rather than care, however poor management results in poor care. My appointment, made a year in advance, was arbitrarily canceled by the office. No notification was made, no email, no call, no text, no letter, no request for rescheduling - NOTHING. I am so glad I called to confirm, as I thought it odd that there had been silence leading up to the appointment - when the person on the phone confirmed there had been an appointment - but the office canceled it, reason unknown, she reassured me that I wouldn't be billed for not showing up. What a comfort - to not be charged for a service that was canceled by the office, with no explanation (please note the sarcasm for the last statement). I was very impressed with this practice. Everything from the convenient location, the ease of using the online appointment schedule option, and the personable staff. Jesseka was great at making me feel very comfortable which helped to ease my concerns. Five stars indeed. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Samantha Hill and staff went out of there way to make me feel welcome! She did a very comprehensive evaluation and was very thorough with the exam! I feel much better now and I have peace of mind about my concerns after her diagnosis!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hill. This was our first appt and I had to drive an hour for it so it is safe to say I probably had high expectations. Dr. Hill saw both of my children and was very informative and engaging, with a great sense of humor. My tween and teenage sons commented on how much they liked her when we left. I would definitely recommend this physician and practice.
