I am very disappointed and honestly unsure how to interpret today’s experience. I had a 10:10am appointment that was scheduled three weeks ago. I arrived few minutes early, and the waiting area was empty. I was told my appointment could not be found, and only after I mentioned that I had proof did the receptionist located it. She then said, “we’ll fit you in,” which was frustrating considering I am paying over $5,000 for this treatment. I waited more than 30 minutes while people who arrived after me were called in. Then I received a text stating that my appointment was now scheduled for 11:10am. When I asked about it, I was told the text was simply meant to “hold a space” for me. Dr. Prillaman, his family and his staff are wonderful; caring and professional. No high pressure, they worked with me to determine what my goal was and how to pay for it. As an older adult, he changed my life with Invisalign -- worth every penny! The best of the best!

Update- the office manager reached out to me and was so kind and professional, she offered several earlier appointments to get my daughter back in to get her braces earlier and made it right in every way. Called yesterday to confirm any payment due at the time my daughter gets her braces because I would need to reschedule if so, receptionist told me no payment was due the day of and I would get a bill in about 30 days. Perfect. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment time this morning, and sure enough I am asked for $250. Informed front staff about call yesterday where I was told there was no payment due today, one lady very rudely told me "well this is a DOWN payment"- that should be included when someone is asking about any sort of PAYMENT due. Dr Prillaman, family and his staff went over and above to help my son in an orthodontic emergency. I am so thankful for their willingness to listen and serve the community and beyond. Can't really say enough good about this practice and the families and doctors that run it. We have used Orthodontic Arts on and off for close to two decades. I had adult braces, and then both my children had all their care there (they are both in their twenties now). My daughter needed an updated retainer, and my recent interactions with them reminded me of how they consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Like WAY above and beyond. As in, it feels like I'm working with a family member who will do whatever it takes to provide what you need. I also love that they stay on top of cutting-edge technology! There's no need to look anywhere else if you are still debating.
