Kroger Pharmacy

THE WORST PHARMACY. I went to the little clinic and got my prescription filled at the pharmacy since it’s right there. Big Mistake! I go to pick it up my meds and the tech said “ we currently working on it. Give us 30 minutes and it’ll be ready for you.” No problem. I go home for like an 1 1/2 hour. I head back to the pharmacy only for the tech to tell me, “ I’m sorry but we are out of your prescription and it won’t be ready until Friday. Why in the world would the first tech tell me to give you all 30 minutes because my order is being prepared when apparently it wasn’t. They end up given me a partial fill to hold me over until Friday and I still was missing a med. They will waste your time and cause you great frustration. I normally fill mines at Walgreens. I will never fill another presc

super rude people working in the pharmacy. recently got sent there from the rite aid getting closed down and i called and was very polite asking about a medication and they were very nasty to me on the phone. i'm super disappointed about going in there from now on. they were very very mean to me on the phone, i can't imagine them being any nicer in person. i'll be asking for their names from now on.

I count 7 technicians working in this pharmacy: one on the phone, one perpetually standing at the drop off window keying prescriptions in, one working the drive thru, one on a register, one hiding in storage in the back, and three wandering around, talking, complaining and kiki-ing while at least 15 customers wait in line. the pharmacist, who is the manager of the pharmacy, just watches it all happen with no care for waiting customers. note the huge line and the customer frustration in my picture. get it together- you're in charge. corral the girls, stop the gossip groups and get them to work. they aren't getting paid to wander around the pharmacy and talk while customers wait.

A lot of the time the service is perfectly fine. But the employee named Keith has ruined my experince many times. I am sure he is a nice person but he is completely incompetent at his job. He is extremely slow, which could be forgiven. But he has entirely halted my ability to pick up prescriptions properly because he does not know how to preform the basic task of the shop that other employees preform with ease.

Last year it would take 4 days to get a prescription filled. Ran out of medication and had to skip doses. I thought surely a year later we're not in a pandemic anymore... You would think a prescription could be filled in 6 hours. Kept calling pharmacy, but No one answers the phone. The automated computer system it said prescription would be ready an hour ago. Decided to go to the pharmacy where they claim they tried to contact the doctor because the prescription was incorrect. I called my doctor who have received no phone calls from the pharmacy. Doctor has sent new prescription to pharmacy, but I still have to wait for the pharmacy to do their job. This was an urgent request.
