Kroger Pharmacy

CVS stopped taking my insurance so I stopped by the Kroger Pharmacy. They took care of transferring my prescriptions and have been great to work with. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy team!

I’ve come here multiple times to pick up medication, and for the first time I had issues with the receptionist at the front counter. Today was especially disappointing. When I walked in, there was no line, yet she didn’t even look at me—just said, “How can I help you?” in a very dismissive tone. I calmly asked why I received a text saying my medication was ready, but then got another text saying it wasn’t when I arrived. Instead of checking or asking for my information, she rudely responded, “WELL I DON’T KNOW.” A more professional response would have been something like, “I’m not sure, let me take your info and look it up for you.” When I told her she didn’t need to be rude, she denied it and repeated that she “just doesn’t know.” That may be true, but her attitude was completely unnecess

Ahmah is always welcoming and kind. They no longer accept my insurance, but I still use their pharmacy. RX solves that issue. It’s convenient and close to my home. They send refill reminders. Pharmacist is helpful. She always ask if there are questions and answers if there are. The only con is I wish 2 Pharmacy Techs could handle drive through windows since they have 2 lanes. Otherwise, the extra lane isn’t helpful.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Prescriptions are never filled quickly. I have had two instances now where they have filled my prescriptions incorrectly with one prescription being filled with the wrong dosage! The pharmacist shows no compassion and is more concerned with whether you're placing the blame on them or not rather than just fixing the issue!
