Hartland Cat Hospital

I rarely write reviews, but felt necessary to leave one. I would rate this a negative star, but google requires a star rating. For years we had taken our cat to Hartland, but the service was always spotty. Constantly having to call and remind them about medication refills (for 1 specific med) and always getting a voice mail or having to repeat the request to the same or different staff members. It would be days before we get a refill. The same goes for requests about medical care, when asking for information on what to do. In the many years we went here it was always the same. Leave our pet with them early in the morning and a late afternoon pick up, never once seen the doctor EVER. The concerns we had were never fully addressed on instances when the staff relayed back information. This c

Fantastic experiences at Hartland Cat hospital, they communicate very effectively and are very fairly priced. My anxious kitty is always treated like royalty and I trust this team every time. Would recommend!

I took my kitty there to get a lion cut and she ended up with an absess 3x the size of her right leg. They doctors said she almost died and if we didn't catch it that night she would of. She is a flame point Himalayan. Her skin turned black and may have to be skin graphed. You can her muscles. I can't explain to you. I took her for drop off at 730 and she wasn't done till 6 for a hair cut. She has this huge thing on her head and we had to take her to an emergency vet clinic at 11:30 pm at night. They kept her over night. They receptionist at heartland called me and said she had a anal infection. She was perfectly healthy going in. Indoor cat. Have taken 3 cats for several years. The best. Simply the best place for feline care. A cat dedicated vet, boarding, and hospital with excellent staff and state of the art equipment not available at the average veterinary clinic. They save lives here and I am very grateful to them. Pretty certain that love of cats is a non negotiable employment requirement for this staff. Prices seem very competitive but your cat gets so much more. Updating my review after 3 more years: They're still the best care you can get. I have lost the 3 I had, but all were in excess of 18 years old, one with a heart defect that should have taken him at 3 years old. I know I had him an extra 5 years thanks to them. My new fellow is a huge handful to deal with, and they manage him just fine. They love
