Ideal Dental Euless

I have a temporary upper denture that broke into 2 pieces. Everyone at Ideal has been so nice & extremely accommodating to me. They repaired my denture & are going to provide me with a new one. I've had 1 visit and am very happy with everyone. with Ideal. Im looking forward to their continued excellent service.

My first visit was with Dr.Afridi and she as an absolute wonder! She’s extremely kind and compassionate, very understanding and supportive. She’s very calming and explains everything while it’s happening. I felt very lightheaded after getting the numbing lidocaine for a filling, and she took such great care of me and prevented me from fainting completely. She is the best dentist I have ever had and I cannot wait to go back to see her again! ❤️

I went in there in pain so of course my blood pressure was high. They took X-rays all around my mouth that took 30 minutes probably while I’m in pain. Then the dentist finally comes in and tells me I need 4 teeth pulled all together and a teeth clean and she starts adding all these stuff that I didn’t ask. The first desk lady comes in and shows me the this long itemized bill. I kindly told her to take all that off and just charge me for my one extraction. That totaled to be $490.20 (I will not be going back because that’s outrageous and that was WITH insurance) They then come and check my blood pressure again which yes I’m still in pain AND they are taking forever AND they just gave me itemized bill of crap I didn’t ask for. It was my first time, and I had a very positive experience. The office is clean and welcoming. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. And Dr. Afridi is so hands on, friendly, personable, and great at what she does! I will definitely be making this my dentist office going forward.
